The masked singer singers

Remember that nightmare you had where a bunch of “celebrities” (please note the quotation marks) dressed up in costumes and tried to slay you with their siren-like voices? Turns out, that’s real life and I’m literally *thisclose* to The Masked Singer rendering me fully deceased. Cause of death? The Fox (please note: this image might make you shriek wildly at your screen):

Feel free to perform a quick exorcism on your body in the event that you just got cursed!!!!!!!

Anyway, as anyone who diligently watches The Masked Singer knows, the show basically involves a gaggle of “famous” people—many of whom you’ve never heard of, it’s fine—putting on incredibly haunted costumes (like, lord help us, the Flamingo) and facing off in a singing competition. Naturally, there are a ton of theories floating around the interwebz about who these masked maniacs are, including our previously mentioned foxy friend.

Despite basically being a shell of my former self due to the Egg scrambling my brain cells (*laughs weakly*) with his sinister Humpty Dumpty smile, I’m here to talk through the Fox’s identity because this show is honestly my favorite thing about 2019. THERE, I SAID IT.

The Clues

Thanks to The Masked Singer’s clue package, we already know the Fox is “coming out of its den” and is described as having a “bushy bottom,” which, frankly, is incredibly unhelpful and alarming. But in slightly less irrelevant news, the Fox describes himself as “clever,” “strategic,” and willing to eat almost anything. He also says he’s a “superhero,” so please pay attention, Marvel and DC nerds.

Aside from that, we know Mr. Fox is wearing a steampunk-inspired costume and has one glowing eye, which are details “conjured up” by the celebrity behind the mask. (Yikes.)

The Theories

#1: Samuel L. Jackson

I know what you’re thinking: AHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA.

But the reference to superheroes + the whole one-eye thing has a lot of YouTubers guessing the Fox is Marvel’s very own Nick Fury, aka THIS GUY:

#2: Jeremy Renner

Okay, stay with me here. Not only does Jeremy “RIP My App” Renner play Hawkeye (emphasis on eye) in the MCU (that’s Marvel Cinematic Universe, duh), but he’s also a singer.

And fans are pointing out that his song “Main Attraction” is sorta similar to the music in that Masked Singer clue video:

On top of THAT, Jeremy Renner plays a fox in the upcoming animated movie Arctic Dogs.

Honestly…I’m convinced.

#3: Sebastian Stan

TBH, this theory kinda makes sense given that Bucky from the MCU has one metal arm and he’s a stone-cold fox. The math just adds up.

#4: Robert Downey Jr.

Okay, obviously, this theory is insane, but just to placate everyone, yes. Fine. Iron Man has light-up eyes. Moving on.

#5: Neyo

Apparently, the Fox’s “stance” reminds Nicole Scherzinger of Neyo—AND, much like the Fox, Neyo can dance. But this isn’t exactly a clue-based or compelling theory, not gonna lie:

The fox is too tall to be Neyo #TheMaskedSinger

— Shawn da soloist ⚜️13-4⚜️ #WhoDatNation (@geminiladi6) November 7, 2019

No offense to Neyo or RDJ, but it seems pretty clear that out of all the predictions listed here, Jeremy is the Fox. Of course, we won’t know for sure until his furry head is decapitated, so in the meantime, here’s some nightmare fuel from my mortal enemy:

Who’s the man behind the Monster? (Picture: ITV)

The Masked Singer continues to delight the nation and has been such a hit it’s set to return for a second series.

Kelis was the fifth celebrity unmasked, as it was revealed she had been masquerading as Daisy. Fans can’t stop speculating about who’s left under the masks – with guesses ranging from Nicola Roberts to, er, the late Natalie Cole.

One star left to unmask is Monster, who has sung Pharrell Williams’ Happy, Elvis’ Can’t Help Falling in Love With You and Pussycat Dolls’ Don’t Cha so far on the show, and fans are scrambling to work out who the warbler is.

What are the latest theories about who’s the man under the Monster mask?

What clues have been given about Monster?

Monster has described themselves as ‘bright and bold’ with a ‘big personality.’

The American accent has been helpful in eliminating some guesses, but judge Davina McCall revealed that one of the masked singers are masking their true voice as well – someone is using a fake accent to keep their identity secret.

Advertisement Advertisement

Other clues have included them saying they’re ‘not someone to blow my own trumpet, but I’ve feasted on a lot of awards.’

Is it Crazy to think it’s the Gnarls Barkley singer? (Picture: Getty)

CeeLo Green

The most popular name being thrown about is that of Forget You hitmaker CeeLo Green.

Judge Rita Ora was one of the first to toss out the Gnarls Barkley frontman’s name, insisting ‘the voice is very familiar.’

It’s one very thorough viewer on Twitter who made one of the strongest cases that the case has been cracked.

One of Monster’s more baffling clues was insisting their hero was Spandeau Ballet singer Tony Hadley.

Diving deep into an interview from 2010, one twitter user posted an excerpt where CeeLo shouts out Tony Hadley.

i take the masked singer VERY seriously… the monster is 100% ceelo green and to prove it – here’s a interview from 2010 where he expresses his love for tony hadley #maskedsinger

— ruby (@rubynaldrett) January 5, 2020

and it seems the love is mutual – tony hadley picked ceelo green forget you – as one of his fave songs #maskedsinger

— ruby (@rubynaldrett) January 5, 2020

She also found the love being sent Ceelo’s way from Hadley, who added Forget You to a playlist of his favourite songs.

Other evidence suggesting it could be CeeLo includes the choice to sing Pussycat Dolls’ Don’t Cha, a song produced by CeeLo.

As for awards he’s feasted on, CeeLo has won Grammys, a BRIT award, BET awards and many more.

It also helps that the two truths and a lie given by Monster to tease fans included ‘I AM CeeLo Green.’

Could this be reverse psychology?

(Picture: Rex Features)

Big Narstie

Definitely bold and a big personality, Big Narstie could be the star disguising his accent.

He has won awards including an Urban Music Award and a Royal Television Society Award.

I think this monster is Big Narstie. #themaskedsinger

What’s better than being cool? Being… a Monster on an ITV show (Picture: Getty Images)

Andre 3000

One of the other, more ambiguous hints given from Monster was that they ‘used to be a giant.’

Playing off this, some have floated the Outkast singer Andre 3000, inspired by the allusion to famous wrestler Andre the Giant.

Andre 3000 is certainly a big, bold personality who has won multiple awards for his music.

However he is also much taller than CeeLo Green, something Davina pointed out on the show, when she wondered if Monster could be CeeLo as he’s quite short.

He’s no stranger to the Masked Singer franchise… (Picture: PA)

Jamie Foxx

Perhaps a long shot, the star is no stranger to showing off his singing chops, having portrayed Ray Charles in the 2004 film Ray and having released five studio albums.

Foxx has also feasted on plenty of awards, winning an Oscar, BAFTA, SAG and Golden Globe awards.

It was judge Ken Jeong who first floated out the possibility of it being Foxx, pointing out that he ‘is an all-round performer… who has won Grammys for Gold Digger.’

Foxx is also appearing as a panellist on the new season of The Masked Singer US, so perhaps this was him dipping his toe into the show.

Swapping free kicks for key changes? (Picture: Getty Images)

Adebayo Akinfenwa

Not so abstract a choice after Teddy Sherringham was unmasked as Tree, footballer Adebayo has been suggested a few times by viewers online.

The footballer has ‘big arms’ – a repeated clue about Monster – and the Wycombe Wanderers star is known for his physical strength.

Could The Masked Singer have two footballers on side?

Is the Rocket Man a Monster? (Picture: AP)

Elton John

While perhaps the least likely choice of the bunch, Jonathan Ross put it out there first, claiming on the show: ‘I was listening to the clues and he was talking about big personality!’

As one of the most successful and beloved performers ever, Elton has won plenty of awards in his time to be fair…

Judge, rapper, singer… Monster? (Picture: WireImage)

Another one which seems unlikely given his busy schedule filming The Voice UK, some still think Monster is Black Eyed Peas frontman

He has won Grammys and is known for being a bold character.

Stranger things have happened – after all, very few could’ve predicted former Home Secretary Alan Johnson would be on primetime TV singing Walk Like an Egyptian dressed like a Pharaoh.

The Masked Singer continues tonight at 7pm on ITV1.

The Masked Singer spoilers

Meet the unmasked singers so far below…

Patsy Palmer

At the end of the opening show, it was revealed that the identity of Butterfly was actress Patsy Palmer, best known for her role of Bianca Jackson on BBC soap EastEnders.

After her exit, Patsy said: “I loved it, the costume designers are so talented and I loved being a Butterfly. I love singing in general (not that I’m any good) but it’s an extremely uplifting thing to do. I love music, it’s a total passion of mine (I DJ) so I’m constantly playing music.

“To be able to get on a stage that size was a dream too although I must say I was really nervous.”

Alan Johnson

At the end of the second show, it was revealed that the identity of Pharaoh was politician Alan Johnson, who previously served as Home Secretary for the Labour party.

Asked why he signed up for the show, Alan Johnson said: “Because it was so weird and wacky”, and admitted that going out in the first round was the toughest part of the process.

Justin Hawkins as Chameleon

At the end of the third show, it was revealed that the identity of Chameleon was Justin Hawkins, frontman of The Darkness.

Asked why he signed up for the show, Justin said: “I wanted to take part in something that would be slightly surreal, and the secrecy made it a very exciting. Like having an extra-musical affair.

“I was reluctant to commit to the recordings because I was supposed to be best man at a wedding in Australia, but it was too good to turn down. Haha!”

He added: “The toughest part of the process was learning relatively modern songs. I’m not fond of new music, so I had to force myself to assimilate inferior compositions… Plus it was difficult to sing from within a helmet!”

Teddy Sheringham as Tree

At the end of the fourth show, it was revealed that the identity of Tree was former England footballer Teddy Sheringham.

After his exit, Teddy said: “I’m sure there will be a lot of people saying my singing is very wooden, I’ll take that.

“In a sadistic kind of way I really enjoyed my Masked Singer experience… not sure I’d want to do it again, but I enjoyed it.”

He added: “I’ve been asked to do everything over the years but always declined. I saw the show that aired in the States and thought I’d love to do that for my kids.”

Kelis as Daisy

At the end of the fifth show, it was revealed that the identity of Daisy was American singer, songwriter and chef Kelis.

After her exit, Kelis said: “It was fun. If I were to do it all over again, I definitely would have done something a little more dramatic or elaborate because that’s me, but it was cute and definitely did its job!

“The two weeks of filming was tough. Wearing a mask everyday. No talking. Staying in your trailer. That was definitely a first. LOL.”

Asked what made her decide to take on the challenge, Kelis shared: “My two boys. They really were the main reason. They thought it was the coolest thing in the world. So I did it for them.”

Skin as Duck

In the sixth show, Duck was revealed as singer, songwriter Skin lead singer of rock band Skunk Anansie.

Skin said: “It was really fun jumping into a completely different character and using it to portray a sillier side of myself that the public rarely get to see, but it was quite difficult to sing in so that held me back a little!”

Asked why she took on the challenge, Skin replied: “Because it’s bonkers, challenging, weird as hell, unpredictable and a laff! All the things I love!”

She added of her time on the show: “Trying to dance was madness! Lol My song choices really put me out of my comfort zone which was the reason I chose them, when you’re dressed as a giant Duck there are many songs that just don’t work so there was a lot of trial and error!”

Jake Sears as Unicorn

At the end of episode six, Unicorn was revealed to be singing superstar Jake Sears from chart topping band Scissor Sisters.

Jake said: “I loved my costume, especially the face, because I loved how lifelike the eyes were. Also, it was such a mobile costume which I appreciated because I love to move so much when I perform. I found the peplum midsection though made it difficult to shake my hips. “

He said of singing up: “I knew that this would be one of the most unique situations I would ever be in, and I was correct. One of the perks of what I do is sometimes getting to have very unique experiences, this was no exception.

“Also, I love masks, love ridiculous costumes, I love entertaining at all cost! I love singing. It was a no-brainer.”

The Masked Singer UK airs Saturday nights on ITV.

The Masked Singer results: Fourth celebrity contestant revealed – who is Tree?

The fourth contestant on The Masked Singer has been revealed – who is behind the Tree mask?

In The Masked Singer, a cast of famous faces compete to put on the best musical performance all while keeping their true identities hidden behind elaborate masks and costumes.

An all star panel – made up of Rita Ora, Jonathan Ross, Davina McCall and Ken Jeong – and a live studio audience vote for their favourite performances all while trying to guess the identity of the singers.

Tonight’s fourth episode saw five mystery celebrities face off again: Daisy, Fox, Monster, Octopus and Tree.

Who’s behind the mask?

At the end of the fourth show, it was revealed that the identity of Tree was former England footballer Teddy Sheringham MBE.

Teddy Sheringham as Tree

After his exit, Teddy said: “I’ve been asked to do everything over the years but always declined. I saw the show that aired in the States and thought I’d love to do that for my kids.”

He added: “The panel were great, big names and really complementary considering I can’t sing!”

And Teddy admitted of his departure: “It’s ok. I didn’t expect to win, I just wanted to enjoy the experience and get to work with some good people.”

In the episode, the five celebrities battled it out with a brand new performance each.

After every song, the panel gave their opinions on both the performance and their best guesses on who was behind the mask.

Then after all the performances the studio audience voted for their favourite with Fox, Monster and Daisy winning the most votes (in no particular order).

The two acts with the fewest votes – Tree and Octopus – went forward to the sing off.

There, they each performed again before the panel had to pick which of the bottom two acts would be eliminated and leave the competition.

The panel voted to keep Octopus leaving Tree to be eliminated and taking off their mask to reveal their identity as former footballer Teddy Sheringham.

None of the panel guessed correctly, although they were close, with predictions including Peter Crouch, David Seaman, Jamie Redknapp and Peter Shilton

The Masked Singer continues next Saturday night at 7PM on ITV where the remaining eight contestants will perform together for the first time.

Episodes are available to watch online and catch up via ITV Hub.

  • The Masked Singer season 3 starts back up on Fox after Super Bowl LIV with a whole new set of cast members, including Miss Monster, Robot, Llama, Kangaroo, and more.
  • Using the clues revealed so far, we’ve been on the lookout for the best Masked Singer fan theories of the new season in 2020.
  • See below for all of the Masked Singer spoilers you could ever want or need.

Round 3, here we come!

The Masked Singer is back on Fox this Sunday, which means it’s time to play detective all over again with a new batch of secret celebrities. For this newest season, producers of the show have decided to first divide the 18 contestants up into three groups of six — Group A, B, and C. The first three episodes of The Masked Singer season 3 will eliminate one singer every night until Group A is reduced to only three singers. After that, the same will happen for Groups B and C. From there, the remaining nine will go against each other until the winner of the Golden Mask trophy is revealed.

To help you on this guess-who journey — and to throw more possibilities out there beyond judges’ —Ken Jeong, Nicole Scherzinger, Jenny McCarthy, and Robin Thicke — predictions, we’ve rounded up key clues and searched the internet for the best theories out there for Miss Monster, White Tiger, Robot, and every other costumed celebrity.

Here are the top Masked Singer spoilers of season 3, as well as our top predictions and guesses based on the clues revealed so far:

Who Is Miss Monster?

The Top Guesses: Molly Ringwald, Lady Gaga

The Masked Singer Evidence Revealed: In a recent promo, host Nick Cannon declares that season 3 “is going to be lit,” which could be a reference to Molly’s movie 16 Candles. Meanwhile, others believe the pink creature’s costume could be a nod to Mother Monster herself, a.k.a. Lady Gaga.

Who Is Kangaroo?

The Top Guesses: Hugh Jackman, Natalie Imbruglia, Lindsay Lohan

The Masked Singer Evidence Revealed: Hugh is a well-known Australian actor and performer, which is why some fans are drawing a connection. Others, meanwhile, theorize that it could be Natalie because she’s Australian, and kangaroos are indigenous to Australia. Finally, Lindsay’s name has been thrown around because she is a judge on the Australian version of The Masked Singer.

Who Is Llama?

The Top Guesses: Drew Carey, David Spade

The Masked Singer Evidence Revealed: In a preview clip for the show, a “Sounds of Seattle” CD is shown in the background in connection to Llama. Turns out, the Whose Line Is It Anyway? host is a co-owner of the Seattle Sounders soccer team. Keeping that in the back of your mind, there’s also evidence that it could be David — he did the voice of an emperor-turned-llama character in the Disney movie The Emperor’s New Groove. Suspicious, indeed …

Who Is White Tiger?

The Top Guesses: Baron Corbin, Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson

The Masked Singer Evidence Revealed: Baron has a one-eyed wolf tattoo that looks pretty similar to White Tiger’s getup. Moreover, a promo tweet for the new Masked Singer season had the message “All Hail” on it, which is part of the WWE star’s entrance. That said, there’s also strong evidence that it could be Dwayne. He recently did a hype video for the LSU Tigers ahead of the College Football National Championship and had won eight WWE Championships before leaving the wrestling organization to pursue acting in 2004 (a possible correlation to White Tiger’s eight blue stones).

Who Is Turtle?

The Top Guesses: Adam Lambert, Billie Joe Armstrong

The Masked Singer Evidence Revealed: Based on Turtle’s costume alone, folks are thinking it’s either the Queen or Green Day frontman. Like Turtle, both have a strong rocker vibe with their signature dark hair and black leather jackets. But do the vocals match up? We’ll have to wait and see!

Who Is Robot?

The Top Guesses: Lil Nas X, Billy Ray Cyrus

The Masked Singer Evidence Revealed: A promo for season 3 made it clear that Robot is a cowboy and has a connection to Texas. Knowing that, the two singers of Old Town Road (remix) instantly came to mind. Lil Nas X’s song “Panini” has a music video featuring robots, while Billy Ray performed at the State Fair of Texas last fall and was in the 2017 satire film Death and Texas.

The Masked Singer season 2 is starting a whole new guessing game! The clues are harder than before and the celebrities are bigger than ever, The Butterfly was the first to step onto the stage, sporting a costume covered in sequins and larger-than-life wings.

Here are the clues and performances from the Butterfly so far.

The Butterfly singing “Bang Bang” on The Masked Singer Premiere

Clues On ‘The Masked Singer’

In the first episode, the Butterfly says that she has been waiting patiently for the past year for her “metamorphosis.” She is seen on a photo shoot as she talks about thriving in different fields. Is it possible she has had a career in modeling? Then, she says that London used to be home to her. The Butterfly ends by saying she’s here to “take us to church” and is seen praying. When asked, she tells the judges she has “a lot of soul in her wings.”

Popular Guesses On ‘The Masked Singer’

The judges agreed that the Butterfly must be a professional singer. Nicole guessed Cara DeLevingne and Diana Ross, then Jenny predicted it’s Fantasia or Mel B. Many fans online are guessing Michelle Williams, Victoria Beckham, Rita Ora, and Mel B. But by far it seems like the most popular prediction is Michelle Williams, with many fans claiming they “know” it’s her.

Our Prediction And Possible Spoilers

From the clues, our prediction is Michelle Williams. Multiple times the Butterfly references faith and praying. Michelle grew up religious and made her musical debut in a church. She’s also sung with gospel groups in the past. The clues also mention being involved in many fields. Michelle has done acting, dancing, and Broadway in addition to her singing career. She also has ties to London, which the clues alluded to. The singer had performed at the West End Theatre and also competed on the UK series, Strictly Come Dancing. But more than anything, the Butterfly’s voice just sounds like Michelle Williams!

‘The Masked Singer’ has captivated America, and it isn’t hard to see why. The elaborate costumes, the performances, and the big mystery behind the identities of its celebrity competitors had America invested and committed to finding out who each contestant really is. With that said, here are all the reveals from Season 1.

If you want to know more about the other costumes on The Masked Singer, here’s where you can check out our other “Spoilers, Clues & Predictions” pages: Thingamajig, Skeleton, Ladybug, Rottweiler, Tree

The Masked Singer, the relentless devourer of dust sent galloping out of the gates of oblivion by its four dark riders, has finally chosen its champion. As the very last mascot head was sent tumbling to the earth like the rotting skull of a French king, I felt the tethers in my soul weaken and my consciousness drift upwards, through the gently spinning blades of the ceiling fan keeping the humidity manageable in this unseasonable weather and outwards towards reconciliation with whatever celestial being I maligned with my reckless speech and the cosmic sacrilege I regularly visit upon boxes of instant stuffing. The Dust Eater’s four foul riders, Robin Thicke, Jenny McCarthy, Dr. Ken Jeong, and Nicole Scherzinger, howled with glee at the revelation of the identities of the final three secret karaoke millionaires. Brittle, starving glee.

Image via Fox

Eternal television personality Wayne Brady was the ultimate champion, trading in his false Fox face for a shimmering golden leer. “This has been the coolest, most amazing, most touching, most challenging, weirdest, and this is the weirdest and I host Let’s Make a Deal,” Brady declared, doubtless referring to the Faustian bargain he made to be locked within that clockwork renard. “But, God, I mean, really I’m gonna take this with me forever,” the champion finished, daring the maker of the realms to try and pry the Golden Mask from his powerful grasp.

The votes of the four dust-striding judges were evenly split. McCarthy and Jeong believed the Fox was Jamie Foxx, star of Booty Call and Stealth. Meanwhile, Scherzinger and Thicke correctly guessed Brady, the danciest cast member of Who’s Line Is It Anyway?, a show that your parents watched during the Clinton administration.

Image via Fox

The Flamingo was former Cheetah Girls member Adrienne Bailon, although Dr. Ken thought it was Jessica Simpson, because I believe Dr. Ken may have screamed himself deaf while supervising his own lasek procedure. Thicke, named for the staggering density of his colossal head bone, correctly identified Bailon hiding within the giant bird costume, as did Scherzinger and McCarthy. Bailon accepted her third place victory with price, presumably content with the knowledge that at least she didn’t get eliminated before Dr. Drew Pinsky.

The Rottweiler came in second place and was revealed to be Chris Daughtry, the American Idol winner who writes songs exclusively for older brothers in the military. I am told he slew the lead singer of 3 Doors Down on a mountaintop for this honor.

“I was just like, ‘I just want to do this. That looks like so much fun,’” Daughtry said. “I had no idea how challenging it was gonna be. I’m so happy I did it. And my kids have no idea I’m doing this, so I’m so pumped for them to see this.” Indeed, Daughtry’s brood will be overjoyed to know that their father still lives, and has been judged worthy enough to leave The Masked Singer and return home.

Image via Fox

And just before I allowed my eyes to close for the final time, I saw Robin Thicke begin clawing frantically at his neck. I sat upright, my strength returned. “Can it be?” I asked the universe. “Is the prophecy true?” Thicke’s massive hollow skull tumbled from his shoulders, and as the man underneath shook beads of sweat from his glorious mane, a blinding white aura pulsed out from his body and vaporized the three other judges at the table. Dr. Ken had time to offer one final terrible guess, crying out, “Beau Bridges, welcome to The Masked Singer!” as his face crumbled to dust.

Tommy Lee Jones leapt out of his Robin Thicke costume and cartwheeled down to the stage to a chorus of delighted cheers. A bewildered Nick Cannon handed him the microphone, at which point Jones said, “I’m just glad to know that one person out there believed in me all along.” Then Tommy Lee Jones looked me directly in the eyes and threw me a sparkling wink before launching into a rendition of “Men in Black” that slapped so hard it collapsed the building. And while this has serious implications for Season 3, I cannot help but admire the audacious showmanship of the 73-year-old Oscar winner. As I retire to my hyperbolic chamber to hibernate until the next season of The Masked Singer, I will carry the memory of Jones’ gravelly, reassuring voice with me like a talisman to ward off bad dreams.

‘The Masked Singer’: Final Three Celebrities Revealed

The Masked Singer had its second-season finale on Wednesday night. After whittling down the pool of 16 secret singers, it was down to the final three: the Fox, the Flamingo and the Rottweiler. One by one, they had to reveal their real identities, but first they had to sing for panelists Ken Jeong, Nicole Scherzinger, Robin Thicke and Jenny McCarthy.

The Fox was up first, saying that no matter what he does, he tries to make sure he’s the most prepared person in the room. “Every kick, ball, change, every jazz hand, all of it,” he said of his attention to detail, suggesting he could either be known for singing or sports. He sang “Try A Little Tenderness.” He got emotional with the panel, saying that it has taken a long time for him to find his joy again. The panel guessed that it could be Jamie Foxx or Wayne Brady.

Next up, the Flamingo said that she had been nervous to sing in front of anybody. “I’ve been able to break out of the box that I put myself in,” she said. She sang “Proud Mary,” and the panel guessed once again that it might be Adrienne Bailon or Fantasia. Jeong threw Fergie into the mix.

The Rottweiler returned, and in his clue package, he appeared with a guitar again. “Here, I’ve been given the most amazing opportunity to break that mold,” he said, suggesting he’s trying to reinvent himself. He sang “Alive” by Sia, and the guesses from the panel included Jared Leto, Darren Criss, Jason Mraz and Dave Franco.

Then it was time for the audience and panel to vote. Coming in third place was the Flamingo, which meant she had to take off her mask. It did turn out to be Bailon, which means the panel was on the right track for this one for a while.

After the vote, the Fox won season two of The Masked Singer. First, the Rottweiler had to take his mask off, coming in second place. He turned out to be American Idol alum Chris Daughtry.

Finally, the panelists gave their last guesses as to whom the Fox might be, sticking with Brady and Foxx. It ended up being Brady.

  • The Masked Singer revealed its top 3 finalists for season 2.
  • The Rottweiler, The Flamingo, and The Fox are still in the running.
  • Here are the best guesses for who could be under the masks.

We’ve been shocked several times throughout this season of The Masked Singer. We called a few of the hidden celebs, like Raven-Symone and Paul Shaffer, but were totally off about the others (ugh, don’t talk to me about the Thingamajig).

Now, season 2 is down to its final three characters: The Fox, The Flamingo, and The Rottweiler. It’s pretty much anyone’s game at this point, but we expect to stay on the edge of our seat until everyone is revealed in the finale.

That said, we’ve got some solid ideas for who might be under the remaining masks. Take a look at the The Masked Singer season 2’s finalists, and the best theories for the celebrities behind them.

The Fox

This sly creature has a lot of people on the fence, but the most popular guess right now is Wayne Brady. (Double ugh, because I was convinced he was the Thingamajig).

Ok, yup, Fox is Wayne Brady. If it isn’t, Imma jump out the door.#MaskedSinger

— ❤ Maddie Preston ❤ (@LavenderRare) December 12, 2019

The Fox is 100% Wayne Brady. The clue package had a television (show) with curtains drawing back to reveal a piano (prize = Let’s Make A Deal). #MaskedSinger

— Heidi (@samnjacksmom) December 12, 2019

Some are still toying with the idea that it’s Jamie Foxx, but most of Twitter says that’s too obvious.

The Flamingo

I mean, is there even an answer besides Adrienne Bailon? Some of the judges have guessed Fantasia but they are so wrong and we have Twitter to back us up.

Every time Robin says the Flamingo is Fantasia I just wanna yell at the tv. #MaskedSinger

— Lindsay Love (@Love798) December 11, 2019

This fool said the Flamingo is Fantasia SMH #MaskedSinger

— Chris (@ooohchile) December 11, 2019
