Prince harry in love

“I love a great love story,” Meghan Markle told Vanity Fair in 2017, and did she find one. The fairytale romance of the American actress and the British prince has taken the world by storm, with a relationship so sweet it belongs in a Lifetime movie.

Now with their newborn son Archie at home and their first anniversary only days away, here’s a comprehensive timeline of the Duke and Duchess of Sussex’s relationship, with plenty of sweet surprises along the way.

How they met

Blind dates don’t often result in instant connections, but an expert set-up left Harry knowing she was the one “the very first time we met.” The mystery matchmaker behind the pairing has stirred a lot of speculation, with E! News claiming that royal friend Violet von Westenholz introduced the duo. Other theories point to British fashion designer Misha Nonoo, a close friend of Meghan’s for years.

Whoever it was knew what they were doing. Meghan said that she “didn’t know much about him” going into the date, but asked if he was nice. “If he wasn’t kind, it just didn’t seem like it would make sense,” she said in a BBC interview. The pair met for drinks in July 2016 and immediately knew they wanted to see each other again. “Very quickly into that we said, ‘Well what are we doing tomorrow?'” Meghan remembered.

Only two dates in, Prince Harry took another big risk: “I managed to persuade her to come and join me in Botswana and we camped out with each other under the stars,” he told BBC.

The move paid off. “We were really by ourselves, which was crucial to me to make sure that we had a chance to get to know each other,” he explained. The trip still has a lot of meaning to their relationship too. The central stone in Meghan’s engagement ring actually came from Botswana instead of the royals’ collection of gems .

Harry defends his girlfriend

After almost six months of blissful privacy, tabloids caught wind of the budding royal romance in the fall. The Sunday Express published a story on October 31, 2016, claiming Harry was “besotted” with the Suits actress. It didn’t take long for more people to connect the dots. Hello! noted that the pair sported matching bracelets while others synced up Meghan’s international Instagram posts with Harry’s busy travel schedule.

Despite the wonderful news about a smitten Harry, the ensuing viral firestorm wasn’t all too kind. The harassment of Meghan and her family got so bad that the first public confirmation of their relationship came as a a heartbreaking statement from Kensington Palace, highlighting the “outright sexism and racism” behind the abuse.

“Prince Harry is worried about Ms. Markle’s safety and is deeply disappointed that he has not been able to protect her,” the November 8, 2016, memo read. “He knows that it is unusual to issue a statement like this, but hopes that fair-minded people will understand why he has felt it necessary to speak publically.”

While many people thought Meghan’s career prepared her for this type of scrutiny, she later revealed that the attention totally shocked her. “I’ve never been part of tabloid culture. I’ve never been in pop culture to that degree and and lived a relatively quiet life,” she told BBC. “We were just hit so hard at the beginning with a lot of mistruths that I made the choice to not read anything, positive or negative … Instead we focused all of our energies just on nurturing our relationship.”

Meghan meets the family

Meeting a significant other’s family is always a little stressful, but Meghan took it all in stride, with Prince William and Prince Charles apparently the first to break the ice. After a rumored introduction to the Duchess of Cambridge and Princess Charlotte in January 2017, Us Weekly reported “Meghan’s so happy she’s getting to know more of Harry’s nearest and dearest.”

That spring saw more chances for the two to get together. Besides Meghan’s frequent stays at Nottingham Cottage in Kensington Palace, the pair also met up Jamaica in March. Meghan came as Harry’s plus one at the wedding of his childhood friend, with People reporting that the couple seemed “very much in love.”

Things get serious

On May 6 (their future son’s birthday), Harry and Meghan appeared at their first public event together. The Los Angeles native cheered on her beau at a charity polo match, and they were later caught kissing by a photographer.

Closing in on their first anniversary, Meghan took the big step of shuttering her lifestyle blog The Tig. The couple celebrated their growing relationship by returning to Botswana on another getaway. The trip included a stay at a gorgeous wildlife habitat, plus a visit to Victoria Falls. Basically, it was insanely romantic.

The actress started to open up about her newfound love in her Vanity Fair interview, but refrained from going into too much detail. “We’re a couple. We’re in love,” she stated. “I’m sure there will be a time when we will have to come forward and present ourselves and have stories to tell, but I hope what people will understand is that this is our time.”

Another public appearance shortly followed the profile in September, with the couple having a blast at the Invictus Games in Toronto. Meghan’s mom, Doria Ragland, also attended the event, giving the prince a rumored opportunity to ask permission to propose.

The couple also cleared the final hurdle to their engagement that fall, receiving the Queen’s permission to marry. Meghan met the monarch the same month at Balmoral Castle for the royal stamp of approval. It probably helped that the corgis took to her “straight away,” Harry marveled.

Happily engaged

With their families on board and the potential of a exciting new life together, Prince Harry officially popped the question in early November on a quiet night in Nottingham Cottage. The pair was apparently cooking up some roasted chicken together (kudos to Ina Garten!) when the royal got down on one knee.

“It was just an amazing surprise,” Meghan said during their BBC interview. “It was so sweet and natural and very romantic.”

Besides the diamond from Botswana, Harry had incorporated two more stones from his mother’s jewelry collection to design the perfect ring. Their engagement photo call at Kensington Palace revealed a couple totally in love and ready to get married after about 15 months together.

“The fact that I fell in love with Meghan so incredibly quickly was sort of confirmation to me that all of the stars were aligned, everything was just perfect,” Harry said. ” was this beautiful woman, who just sort of literally tripped and fell into my life I fell into her life.”

As the couple planned their wedding, Meghan went through the (many!) steps of becoming a bonafide royal. She announced her departure from Suits, closed her personal social media accounts, and learned the etiquette expected of a future duchess.

A fairytale wedding

Prince Harry and Meghan Markle became the Duke and Duchess of Sussex on May 19, 2018 when they tied the knot in St. George’s Chapel at Windsor Castle. The bride wore a simple yet classic A-line dress designed by Clare Waight Keller of Givenchy. Her 5-meter-long veil featured hand-embroidered floral designs representing all 53 countries of the Commonwealth.

Every major member of the royal family attended the ceremony, including the Queen and Prince Philip, as well as celebrities like Oprah and Serena Williams. Meghan’s mom Doria Ragland came from California, and Prince Charles sweetly escorted the bride down the aisle after her father Thomas Markle decided against attending.

For a glamorous evening reception at Frogmore house, Meghan changed into a second look by Stella McCartney and Prince Harry swapped his military uniform for a snappy tux. All in all, the day went off without a hitch.

A royal baby

On October 15, 2018 — just five months after their wedding — Prince Harry and Meghan Markle announced their family would soon grow by one more. In preparation, the couple also took the big step of moving out of Kensington Palace in London to Frogmore Cottage in Windsor, renovating run-down staff quarters into a 10-bedroom home.

Meghan undertook many public engagements throughout her pregnancy, traveling with her husband to Oceania on a two-week royal tour, partnering with the Hubb Community Kitchen on a charity cookbook, and becoming the official patron of four nonprofits benefiting the arts, access to education, women’s empowerment, and animal well-being.

After a busy nine months, Meghan Markle and Prince Harry welcomed a healthy baby boy weighing 7 pounds, 3 ounces on May 6, 2019. Archie Harrison Mountbatten-Windsor is now seventh in line to the throne.

“It’s magic,” Meghan said of motherhood at her first photo-call after the birth. “I have the two best guys in the world, so I’m really happy.”

It was only a matter of time. Lifetime is adapting Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s romance into a made-for-TV movie called Harry & Meghan: The Royal Love Story. Here’s everything we know about the film, which is sure to be appointment viewing.

The trailers are here, and they’re a little scandalous.

In the 20-second teaser above, we see not only Lifetime’s take on Prince Harry’s proposal and the couple’s romantic vacation in Botswana, but we also catch a glimpse of them in bed.

A second, longer trailer shows their first date, and a candid conversation between Harry and his sister-in-law about his relationship. Watch it above.

Lifetime just released a behind-the-scenes look at the film.

The clip below also gives a sneak peek of how the movie will take on not only Prince Harry’s party boy past but also how it will touch on Meghan’s biracial identity.

It will premiere a week before the royal wedding.

Lifetime’s film will debut Sunday, May 13 at 8 p.m. ET/PT, a nice lead in to the Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s wedding date on May 19. Menhaj Huda of The Royals will direct; the script was written by Scarlett Lacey.

The film’s star Parisa Fitz-Henley is a big fan of the woman she plays.

Parisa Fitz-Henley, who plays Markle in the film, posted an update about filming on March 12.

“We are on our way to film the last scene of the last day of Harry & Meghan: A Royal Romance,” she says in the video. “It’s a really special scene, and I’m really looking forward to sharing it with you and sharing the entire movie with you. It’s been such a labor of love for everyone involved, and we hope you love it too.”

In the caption of the post, she wrote, “I got to take a look inside the life of a woman and a relationship I quickly came to admire and claim as inspirations…So many thanks for all the wonderful encouragement! It’s been lovely to catch some of the collateral love being deservedly showered upon the real Harry & Meghan.”

She also gave a shoutout to her Prince Harry, Murray Fraser, who plays the ginger royal in the film.

A still from the Lifetime film. Lifetime

The royal family is reportedly aware of the film, and they’re less than pleased about the sex scene.

“What I’ve heard is that they’re seriously worried about the sex scene,” director Menhaj Huda told Vanity Fair. He heard it from his wife’s best friend who is “dating the press secretary of the palace.”

But producer Merideth Finn doesn’t seem to mind. “Let them worry,” she said. “People have sex.”

The Plot

On January 14, the network announced their plans a film which will dramatize the couple’s love story “from the moment they met after being set up by friends, through their initial courtship when they were able to keep their romance under wraps, and ultimately the intense global media attention surrounding their relationship and Meghan’s life as a divorced American actress,” per Deadline.

The Cast

Lifetime recently released three new cast photos, giving us a peek at the actors and actresses playing the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge, Prince George, Princess Charlotte, Queen Elizabeth, and…Princess Diana (meaning yes, the late Princess will somehow appear in the movie).

Duchess Kate will be played by Laura Mitchell, while Australian actor Burgess Abernethy has been cast as Prince William. The littlest royals, Prince George and Princess Charlotte, will be portrayed by Preston Karwat and Briella Weintraub. See their family photo here:

The insatiable appetite for updates on the comings and goings of the now-semi-royal couple Prince Harry and Meghan Markle has been whetted with rather explosive news in recent days.

The duke and duchess announced Jan. 8 that they would reduce their roles in the royal family and embark upon a new life (part time) in North America, reportedly Canada specifically.

Since the revelation, there have been talks about how the general United Kingdom reception of Meghan, a biracial American actress, and incessant British tabloid coverage might have affected their decision.

Kate Middleton Is Devastated That She’s No Longer Close With Prince Harry

Prince Harry and Meghan, Duchess of Sussex’s decision to step away from their roles as working members of the British royal family have shocked many people. Many royal fans claim to be blindsided by the Sussexes’ choice to walk away from it all and carve out space from themselves in the non-royal world.

However, from where we’re sitting, the writing has been on the wall for some time. The Sussexes and Cambridges never became the “Fab Four” that so many people wanted them to be. The brothers’ relationship had been fraught since Prince William questioned Prince Harry’s relationship with Markle in 2016.

Also, though they were friendly, Markle and Kate, Duchess of Cambridge were never really close. They also had very different experiences within the royal family. While Middleton was embraced as a perfect English rose — Markle had been dealing with racism, bullying, and harassment since marrying into the family. Now that Megixt has occurred, one of the casualties is Kate, Duchess of Cambridge and Prince Harry’s once-close relationship.

Kate Middleton has been struggling amid Megxit

The Duchess of Cambridge has always had a traditional approach when it comes to being a member of the British royal family. Since the Duchess of Sussex’s approach was more modern, the direction of their households were very different.

Still, though she adores the Sussexes, Middleton did not see Megxit coming. “Kate’s in a panic and has been having bouts of anxiety,” an insider told US Weekly. “She barely has time to rest, and when she does try to sleep, her mind is constantly racing.” Apparently, the duchess’ schedule is also extremely hectic with 18-hour workdays.

Despite all of this, Middleton does want to make sure that her children, Prince George, Princess Charlotte, and Prince Louis form a relationship with their cousin, Archie Harrison.

Kate Middleton and Prince Harry used to be very close

Middleton has know Prince Harry since she and Prince William first began dating in 2001. Therefore, the pair were always very close. The price even called the duchess the sister she never had. Prior to getting engaged to Markle, the threesome often did royal engagements together and the prince was always close to his niece and nephews.

However, the distance between the royal brothers also caused distance between the duke of Cambridge and his sister-in-law who was stuck in the middle.

Kate Middleton is scared she’ll never be close with Prince Harry again

The Duchess of Cambridge truly feels like she’s lost a brother amid Megixt. “She wishes she could speak to Harry. She misses him and fears she’ll never be close to him again,” an insider told US Weekly. Unfortunately, she hasn’t been able to connect with Markle either. “They couldn’t be further apart,” the source explained.

Still, it appears that Middleton does understand the Sussexes’ decision on some level. After all, it wasn’t a choice they made lightly. “I spoke to Harry a few days ago,” Prince Harry’s close friend Nacho Figueras revealed in a new ABC special, Royal Divide: Harry, Meghan and the Crown. “He has suffered a lot from all of the things that have happened to him. He wants to live a normal life, as normal as his life is going to be, right? Because when you have a thousand paparazzi outside your house in Canada waiting to get a picture of your son, that’s not very normal.”

How Meghan Markle and Prince Harry’s split from the royal family has shifted the dynamic of the ‘Fab Four’

  • The Duke and Duchess of Sussex’s departure from the royal family will impact both their personal and working relationship with Prince William and Kate Middleton.
  • Princes William and Harry contradicted rumors of a rift between the “Fab Four” when they released a rare joint statement denying claims that the Sussexes has been “bullied” out of the royal family.
  • The Queen also released a statement, where she said she is “proud of how Meghan has so quickly become one of my family.”
  • The split will also impact the couples’ joint projects, as Harry and Markle are no longer able to undertake engagements on behalf of the Queen, though it’s possible they could still play a role as private citizens.

Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s step back from the royal family has raised questions on where their relationship stands with the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge.

Rumors that the Sussexes were “bullied” out of the family prompted a rare joint statement from William and Harry— the first time the brothers have publicly taken a stand against reports of a rift between them.

However, the departure will also impact the “Fab Four” as a working unit. Previously, the couples were at the forefront of a mental health textline service before Harry and Markle departed from the Royal Foundation.

Here’s everything we know about how the relationship between Harry, Markle, William, and Middleton has been changed since the Sussex family’s departure.

The Duke of Sussex and Duke of Cambridge recently accused a British newspaper of running a “false story” about their relationship.

“Despite clear denials, a false story ran in a UK newspaper today speculating about the relationship between The Duke of Sussex and The Duke of Cambridge,” a spokesperson for the brothers told royal correspondent Rebecca English.

“For brothers who care so deeply about the issues surrounding mental health, the use of inflammatory language in this way is offensive and potentially harmful,” the statement went on.

English added that it was made “clear from my conversations this morning that BOTH brothers are deeply, deeply unhappy about suggestions that Harry feels he has been ‘bullied’ out of the Royal Family by William.”

The statement was thought to be in response by a story in The Times, which claimed that Harry and Markle’s reasoning behind stepping back from the royal family was to do with “constantly being told their place.”

Other than the statement, Prince William and Middleton are yet to publicly comment on Harry and Markle’s departure from the royal family.

According to royal correspondent Emily Andrews, who was at the couple’s walkabout in Bradford last week, William and Middleton “politely ignored” fans who tried to ask about Harry and Markle.

—Emily Andrews (@byEmilyAndrews) January 15, 2020

However, Prince Harry did admit there was a rift between the brothers last year

The reports of a feud between the couples escalated after Harry and Markle split from the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge’s Royal Foundation last year to create their own charity.

However, several experts suggested the relationship of the “Fab Four” could be on the mend after Archie’s birth, with royal commentator Richard Fitzwilliams previously telling Insider that motherhood could create “a new bond” between Markle and Middleton.

“I’d say that as Kate already has three children, the new baby may well mean there is a new bond between them,” Fitzwilliams said.

There’s nothing to say this couldn’t be true. After all, the women were spotted at several private engagements together in 2019, including Wimbledon and their husbands’ charity polo match with their children.

However, since Harry and Markle plan to divide their time between the UK and Canada, it’s unlikely they will be able to spend as much time with the family as they used to.

Additionally, ITV’s royal editor Chris Ship said that “a royal aide told me recently that they are back on track” back in June 2019.

Nonetheless, it seemed this wasn’t the case when Harry addressed the rumors of a rift in an ITV documentary about his and Markle’s tour of Africa that aired in October.

“Part of this role and part of this job, this family, being under the pressure that it’s under — inevitably, stuff happens,” he said. “But look, we’re brothers. We’ll always be brothers. We’re certainly on different paths at the moment, but I’ll always be there for him, and as I know, he’ll always be there for me.”

While the BBC reported in October that a “well-placed source” said William was “furious” with Harry about the interview, for another palace official, “that was not his understanding of the prince’s mood.”

“Instead the official suggested a mood of concern, for the safety of the couple,” the BBC said.

Fitzwilliams told Insider that it was never Harry and Markle’s intention to seek approval from the family after their documentary aired.

“There is little doubt that Harry and Meghan’s ITV documentary about their Southern African trip where they talked openly about the strain of royal life is unlikely to have gone down well with the most senior royals,” Fitzwilliams said.

“It wasn’t meant to. Harry gave credence to the rumors of a rift with his brother. Meghan implied that she was surviving, not thriving, and that there were few inquiries as to how she was doing.”

The Queen made a rare emotional statement, where she said she is “proud of how Meghan has so quickly become one of my family”

Despite reports that the Queen may not have given the couple her blessing to leave the royal family, Her Majesty came out with a rare emotional statement showing her support for them.

“Harry, Meghan, and Archie will always be much loved members of my family. I recognize the challenges they have experienced as a result of intense scrutiny over the last two years and support their wish for a more independent life,” the statement read.

“I want to thank them for all their dedicated work across this country, the Commonwealth and beyond, and am particularly proud of how Meghan has so quickly become one of the family.

“It is my whole family’s hope that today’s agreement allows them to start building a happy and peaceful new life,” she added.

However, Andrews challenged the statement on Twitter, saying that the family have been “devastated” by the couple’s choice to walk away.

—Emily Andrews (@byEmilyAndrews) January 18, 2020

“Buckingham Palace at pains to say everything warm and friendly … but we all know Her Majesty the Queen and rest of the family have been devastated by all this,” she wrote.

“Harry and Meghan have a very good deal but not what Meghan outlined on their website. They don’t get to represent the Queen. Or ‘collaborate.’ They’re out.”

Meanwhile, Harry’s stepmother, the Duchess of Cornwall, was recently asked if she’ll miss the couple.

“Hmm, course,” she replied, with what some are interpreting as an unconvincing facial expression.

Nonetheless, Prince Charles and Markle have reportedly maintained a close relationship since he walked her down the aisle at her wedding to Prince Harry in 2018.

“I know that the Prince of Wales has several times reached out to Meghan,” a source told the Evening Standard after the ITV documentary aired.

“They get on and share a love of music too. I know he invited her to a preview of an exhibition at the palace.”

Charles has also offered to financially support the couple after they stop using taxpayer funding in the spring, according to The Telegraph.

There’s a possibility that the “Fab Four” could work together again — just not in a “royals” capacity

When Markle and Harry departed from William and Middleton’s Royal Foundation in 2019, it was unclear what this would mean for their joint projects which came under the management of the charity and the royal family.

As part of the Heads Together initiative, the couples launched Shout, a mental health textline service, back in May.

They spent six months working on the project together in secret before announcing it to the public.

Even though Harry and Markle left the Royal Foundation just one month later, William mentioned the duke and duchess at a charity event for the project in November.

“Catherine and I — and I know we speak for Harry and Meghan as well — couldn’t be more proud of what Shout has accomplished,” he told the audience.

—Mikhaila Friel 👑 (@MikhailaFriel) November 12, 2019

Harry and Markle will no longer be able to undertake engagements on behalf of the Queen, starting from the spring of 2020.

They are, however, still able to represent their patronages as private citizens, which means they could potentially still work with William and Middleton on Shout and other projects.

Nonetheless, their future involvement in these projects are yet to be announced by Buckingham Palace.

Whether rumors of a rift are true or not, there’s no denying the Queen’s promise that Harry, Markle, and Archie will “always be much loved members” of the royal family.

While their relationship with William, Middleton, and other royals is something that’s bound to be affected by their departure, it’s unlikely we’ll get any further details until the spring of 2020.

10 Highly Unusual Things We’ve Noticed About Meghan Markle And Prince Harry’s Relationship

Take Prince Harry and Meghan Markle, for instance. Their impending nuptials may seem like a fairy tale for the ages, but just like with all relationships, there’s some odd and quirky stuff behind the scenes you probably didn’t know about.

1. When Meghan met Harry, she was dating someone else: Yep, the American actress was lockin’ lips with Canadian chef Cory Vitiello! When asked if Harry came between him and Meghan, Cory didn’t comment. Give him a break! It must be hard to compete with an actual prince…

2. They didn’t beat around the bush when it came to engagement: In a world of drawn-out engagements, a year-and-a-half may seem like a brief time to date before making it official. Still, when it comes to royalty, you’d sort of expect the courting process might take a long time. But hey—love is bound by no timeline!

3. They wanted the press to stay far, far away: In 2016, when things between the prince and Suits star were still under wraps, they asked the press to stay away—and who can blame them? Harry even had his communication secretary release a plea for privacy.

4. Meghan quit her day job: Rumor has it that Meghan wanted to leave acting long before she met Prince Harry, but this news still came as a surprise to some. Sure enough, along with the wedding announcement came word that Meghan was planning to quit acting to focus on her new royal obligations.

5. When they confirmed their relationship, it was really awkward: News of their relationship “officially” broke when Prince Harry’s communication secretary distributed a scathing rebuke of the press’ coverage of the couple.

6. Meghan loved dropping hints about the romance: It’s true—like a mushroom, their romance grew, at first, in the dark. But, boy, did Meghan like teasing the public with it! She documented her trips to London via Instagram, including visits to Buckingham Palace, and she was even pictured wearing necklaces inscribed with Harry’s initials and her own.

7. Meghan launched a clothing line… right after they announced their relationship: Meghan, in partnership with Canadian clothing store Reitmans, released a few designs just days after news of her relationship went public. Her clothes were hot sellers, too—they sold out almost immediately.

8. Meghan shut down her website: If you were a frequent reader of The Tig, you were probably disappointed when Meghan shut the whole blog down in 2017. Some claimed she did this for Prince Harry, but Meghan maintained that running the blog took too much work and she had other projects to focus on.

9. Meghan was invited to Pippa Middleton’s wedding somehow: Pippa Middleton’s wedding had a strange rule, if you weren’t married or engaged, you couldn’t attend. Yet, there was Meghan Markle at the reception. Did Pippa allow her to attend? Or did her “no bling, no bring” rule only apply to the ceremony?

10. Meghan’s sister called her a social climber: After the engagement was announced, Samantha Markle took to the tabloids to call her half-sister a “social climber.” She claimed Meghan only wanted to become a princess, and love had nothing to do with her engagement to Harry.

11. They were introduced by a mutual friend: Meghan and Harry may never have hit it off if it wasn’t for fashion designer Misha Nonoo. She was an old friend of Harry’s from school who introduced the two.

12. She interrupted his marriage proposal: When a woman sees a man drop to one knee, she usually knows what’s about to happen. Meghan was so excited when Harry took a knee that she actually cut him off mid-proposal and blurted out, “Can I say yes now?”

13. They didn’t know each other before they met: Even though Meghan had been on the hit show Suits, Harry had never actually seen her onscreen. Meghan, similarly, was completely unfamiliar with Harry and the rest of the Royal family

14. Harry knew she was “the one” immediately after meeting her: Sometimes it takes a little while for real sparks to fly in a relationship, but not with these two. As soon as Harry met Meghan, he instantly knew he wanted to spend his life with her.

15. The Royal family paid for the lavish wedding: It’s usually customary for the bride’s father to pay for a wedding, but when it came to the extraordinarily expensive Royal wedding, the Royal family financed the entire thing.

16. Harry must get special permission from the Royal family to marry under the Succession to the Throne Act: Because Harry is fifth in line for the throne, this is a legal requirement by which he must abide.

17. Nottingham Cottage at Kensington Palace is where Harry and Meghan moved to after the wedding: This is where they legally live, but you can be sure they do a heck of a lot of traveling together.

18. The date of the wedding had historical significance: The day Harry and Meghan were married was the same day that King Henry VIII’s wife, Ann Boleyn, was executed in 1536.

19. Meghan’s wedding dress was made by Israeli designer Inbal Dror: The famous fashion designer knew the wife of Prince Harry needed to outshine everyone at the wedding, and she did!

20. The Royal corgis love Meghan: Harry has said the Queen’s beloved corgis have never really softened up to him, but for whatever reason, they immediately took to Meghan, which definitely scored her major brownie points with the Queen.

Prince Harry and Meghan Markle may just be two people in love, but they certainly live different lives!
